Refund policy
Our bags are made and sold by the pack for trade use. This page summarises how returns and refunds work; the full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
Damaged, short or incorrect orders
Please check your order on arrival. Claims for damage or shortage must be made within 48 hours of receipt - email sales@ashburybrand.ie with your order number and details, and we'll put it right. Where goods arrive by courier, please note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery paperwork at the point of receipt.
Stock (unprinted) goods
You may cancel and return unprinted stock goods within 14 working days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened in their original packaging and resaleable. Email us with your order number first, then return the goods within 14 days at your own cost. We refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back in good condition, less any outward shipping cost already incurred.
Bespoke printed goods
Printed orders are made to your specification and approved by you at proof stage, so they cannot be cancelled or returned once approved for production, except by agreement. By packaging-industry convention, printed runs may be delivered and invoiced at up to plus or minus 15% of the quantity ordered, invoiced or credited at the same rate.
Warranty
On delivery, goods will match their specification and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months. This does not cover damage caused by damp or unsuitable storage — paper weakens if it gets wet. Where a claim is valid we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
